In Tyger Tyger by William Blake, why does he repeats the word 'dread'?

the word dread is in this phrase:

And what shoulder, and what art,

Could twist the sinews of thy heart?

And when thy heart began to beat,

What dread hand? And what dread feet?



plzz help this is due tomorrowIn Tyger Tyger by William Blake, why does he repeats the word 'dread'?
Well, first of all, if he left it out, the line wouldn't scan.

Second, the repetition is important for the imagery.
