I see many unbelievers twisting the word into ridiculous questions, right?

Do you who do that ever think to ask what the verse you take out of context really means? Just for the sake of not being rIdiculous.I see many unbelievers twisting the word into ridiculous questions, right?
First of all - that is the oldest trick in the book. Remember how the devil himself quoted scripture out of context to tempt Jesus in the wilderness.

And second - remember to an unbeliever, Bible is full of contradictions and inconsistencies - because it is a very spiritual book meant to be spiritually discerned by men and women filled with the Holy Spirit. Remember how Jesus always used parables so that "seeing they would not see and hearing they would not hear". That's all the Bible is really.

The Bible is a parable for the saved; not a textbook for the damned.
I agree with Deke, do you know how repulsive the bible actually is?I see many unbelievers twisting the word into ridiculous questions, right?
You mean like believers twisting the words of Darwin, Gould and other evolutionary scientists?

Do you ever think of not doing that? Just for the sake of not being unscientific.
As long as believers make ridiculous claims about what these verses mean ( and they never seem to be able to even agree amongst themselves) then non-believers will continue to ask ridiculous questions. If believers could agree, and could come up with better answers than those that pretty much add up to "the bible's proof that the bible is true", then maybe non-believers would actually expect a sensible answer, and start asking sensible questions.I see many unbelievers twisting the word into ridiculous questions, right?
People are so manipulating,it`s the nature of the beast.
Some of those OT texts are pretty bad, even taken in context.
Are you kidding? People who actually BELIEVE in the Bible can't agree on what it actually says or means!
This is twisted question!!! You must think you are a nonbeliever. You are basically ridiculous.
So YOU can drop a one-off quote from your book and that's okay, but if WE point out that apparently eating shellfish is an abomination, we've taken it out of context... right...
There are some major inconsistencies in bible, these are you bible believers who twist meaning of simple words to hide inconsistencies.
Who's version, which translation??? It's whatever you make it. To me, all the versions and translations are nothing but a vain attempt to manipulate and control behavior.
they are using the mind God gave him to ridicule his word.

and you know what

Jesus still died for them and will still save them
