How do you let the court know?

The rules for my state allow for a motion to be filed, the other party to file a response/opposition, then the motioner to file a reply to the response/opposition, no more pleadings being allowed afterward by either party. What do I do when when for several times the motioner gets the last reply to a response, they blatantly twist my words and say that I assert things that I didn't assert, etc.How do you let the court know?
Become familiar with the court rules in your state. You can find legal texts in the library that can guide you on both procedure and precedent.

Remember, the person who defends himself in court has a fool for a client.
