How perfect can the word of God be...?

... if it can be misused?

Wouldn't a perfect God create scripture so perfect that it cannot be twisted or taken out of context the way the words of men can?How perfect can the word of God be...?
The word of God is given to us through the Holy Spirit; As we become perfect the word of God become clearer to us. The Bible is not the perfect interpretation of God's Word.
It can't be taken out of scripture if people would take it in context, studying definition of words, and culure it was written.

I've only been a Christian about 8 years and I have not found 1 contradiction of the bible, even the ones atheist post as contradictions are easily explained. How perfect can the word of God be...?
Not if He wants you to discover Him. You need the Holy Spirit of God in you to interpret the words of scripture correctly which means that you first need to ask God to come into your heart. You first need to ask God which means that first you need to be brought to a state or situation in your life where you finally accept that there is no other way for you to go except to God and that you need Him. That makes it a personal relationship which is what God wants. Once you have that, then scripture won't be twisted or taken out of context, and along with the Holy Spirit which resides in you to guide you and confirm to you and give you that confidence of joy to know Him, you'll discover how wonderful this relationship with God is.
Well now, you have to remember God was invented by man. And man is subject to error %26amp; not at all infallible. So what you arrive at is an imperfect system filled with sinners who want to weasel out %26amp; stray from the path of righteousness. How perfect can the word of God be...?
It isn't the word of God that isn't perfect. It is the man. A man who is bent on twisting things to his desire, can twist anything no matter how perfect. Many people study the bible in their own flesh and not in the Holy spirit, and that is how it gets twisted. Only when God opens the scriptures to a person by the Holy spirit, and gives that person the understanding that God intended, can it benefit someone. Many of the pastors, priests etc are teaching false doctrine because their own understanding has not been opened and they are not receiving the true word from God.

Romans 10:17 faith cometh by hearing (not physically hearing, but spiritually), and hearing by the word of God(not the bible, but God opening it up for them).

Hebrews 4:2 the word did not profit them, not being mixed with faith

John 12:40 he hath blinded their eyes(understanding) and hardened their hearts, that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their hearts

Romans 11:7 and the rest were blinded

2nd Corinthians 4:4, the God of the world hath blinded the minds 3:14 But their minds were blinded, for until this day remaineth the same veil

Luke 24:27-32, and their eyes were opened (they understood) 44-45 then opened their understanding, that they might understand scriptures

the bible nor God contradicts themselves, God COUNTERACTS. Such as when a parent needs to change tactics on a child to get the child to behave or whatever, God does the same to us. In every different situation, he will do what is necessary to work with that person individually. Just because he does one thing with one person, doesn't mean he won't do the complete opposite with another person, depending on the situation.
bc if god made it perfect then there is no way that anyone would not believe in god, then they would not be believing in god bc they want to but rather bc they had to, so they would not have free will. and if there is no free will you cannot get ounished or rewarded for anything

it is perfect, but god made it possible to distort it
Satan tempted Jesus by subtly twisting the words of scripture to suit his own purpose. Do you really think satan wouldn't do the same to ordinary people? That is why the scriptures get misused. An example of this is the Gnostic Gospels.there where men going out and perverting the word of god. paul said if anyone preach even an angel preach any other gospel to you let him be condemned. satan said to jesus turn this stone to bread jesus said man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of god.
There appears to be no such thing!!

There is not one single mention of Jesus in the entire Roman record - that is right - not one!!! At the same time as he was supposed to have been around there were a number of Jews claiming to be the messiah - all of whom are well recorded!!

He was supposed to have been a huge problem to the Romans and produced wonderful miracles but still not one contemporary record?

Even the bible mentions of him like all other references were not written until many years after his supposed death!!

At best he was an amalgam of those others!!

The Roman Emperor Constantine produced the bible and he was a pagan not god!!! He also organized Christianity into the Holly Roman Catholic Church!! Not in Israel or any of the countries of supposed origin but entirely Italian!!

Not one word of it is contemporary with the period and was not written until many years after the period the story is set in!!

What a wonder full disinformation and deception campaign he waged against his Christian enemies - so good in fact that Christians are still following the deception to this day!!!

I can hear those Italians laughing from here!!!
No. He doesn't want lazy people who are willing to let others do all the work thereby rendering us all clones. Individual thought requires you to do the work by yourself, for yourself. For He wants you to have your own walk with Him. Seek and you will find.
Well... the Word of God is perfect...it is man who is unperfect, that does not know how to read, and "mistakens" everything as they would like it to be..!
well thankfully he speaks to our hearts so we are not just trained animals resorting to words on paper..allowing MAN to rule over us with his twisted lies... we would be to blame then!

quran is more dangerous because its believers believe that it contains no errors..... so they are truly slaves.

GOD is Holy

Man is sinful

Man can twist "thou shall not kill" - thou shall not steal - thou shall not commit aldultery

these words are still Holy, but man can excuse anything he wants

Even you do

How many things can be said that can't be misinterpreted?

Regardless, the things one needs to know to gain salvation are plain, the rest is history.
God made creation and man perfect, but we screwed ourselves and perverted it. you can pervert a perfect thing.
God's Word is perfect, but man is not. The devil(and man) is constantly twisting God's Word for his gain.
God works in mysterious ways
The problem being not God's word but man's rush to preach it. Which without study cam be out of content....
men can twist anything good to turn it bad.
That is satan and man's greatest talent! Perverting and twisting the pure gifts that God gives us.
