Well then, why are you all so surprised when you find the evidence as such as he stated.

Surely mankind has a purpose and the Lord created all things. Even if you love to twist them. Why do you run on blind faith when there is so much proof unto you? Jesus told you never to worship him, but many of you do, why is that you think? Is that like a mental block, or is that just someone told you and you decide to believe it without proving it. Jesus never wrote the bible nor did Moses. So why would you believe something they didnt' give you? Jesus never even told you there was a bible why would you create such ignorance? Jesus should be in the heart, not in the church. I agree with you completely. People usually take the easy way out, and listening to a person is much easier than having hope in something that is ancient. I am Russian Orthodox, yet I disagree with many traditional Christians. I also think that a good man, or woman, will get into heaven regardless of what religion they are, and regardless of what they choose to believe. All sorts of Christians killed other types of Christians in the past, and that just proves how screwed up the religion is, even if it is pure in its natural, UNALTERED form. Religious figures can condemn someone to hell, and that person will worry, because they think that the religious figure who did this to them is more holy than they are. The truth is, we're all just people, and a priest can't, nor can any Christian, or even the pope, condemn me unless God has given them that power. And Jesus never said anything about anyone being better than anyone else. Nor was he pro building Churches. (I'm not saying that I have the power to say these things, nor do I think that I know what the religion is about, nor am I saying that I'm a good person, or even that I'm right but I think that this makes sense to some degree.)

Why do you deny the words of the All-Father? He told you how to live honorably, how to obtain paradise and how to treat others. Didn't he warn you of traitors and to be always cautious? Didn't he promise to stand against the evil giants and protect humankind at the battle of Ragnarok?



How can you deny such love and devotion?! He sacrificed himself on the World tree for 9 days and night to win knowledge of the runes to share with all. Pierced by a spear with no food or water for days and nights! Not just three hours! He sacrificed his eye to win the gift of poetry and prophecy.



Is it a mental block? We have the Eddas, the place names, the long history of worship and archaeological evidence of the gods!



Do you not believe just because someone told you the gods weren't real? Why would you spread such nonsense and ignorance? Do you ignore the desire to live honorably because you believe in false gods?



Grow up - yours isn't the only religion out there and you have NO evidence your religion is any more valid than any other.
