Why do liberals think Rush wants Obama to fail?

I'm getting sick of people saying that. If you people had a clue on what Limbaugh said, he said that he wants Obama's economic plans to fail! He doesn't want the bills passed! Why do liberals try to twist his words to make it seem like he said that?Why do liberals think Rush wants Obama to fail?
Limbaugh is a professional entertainer, like Howard Stern or Tom Lycus (Why do people enjoy listening to rude pigs on the radio?). It's like getting your news from Paris Hilton, Jon Stewart, Hulk Hogan, or YouTube. He only tells his audience what they want to hear.



I guess the short answer, is we think very poorly of Rush Limbaugh, and have no reason to expect anything more from him.

But I will garuantee that if it does pass Rush still hopes that it fails. Rush, Hannity, Colture all these people would love to see Obama fail miserably. Why wouldn't they want to see their enemies decimated? Thats what they talk about everyday, try to do everyday, no matter how it effects america regardless of the whole truth behind it. I'd say the same for many liberal professors when Bush was in office- lust for godliness through demonization.

Because he SAID so dummy! DUH! It was all over the news. He used the word "fail" along with the name "Obama". That's all that anybody needs to know! He hopes like many of your ilk, for Obama to fail. It doesn't even matter at what he wants him to fail at. Just him wanting him to "fail" is bad enough. But you retards don't get that. Why do you people keep trying to defend the Junkie?

Maybe you're right. Instead, let's focus on the hundreds of other offensive things the man has said. Like when he told a black caller to take the bone out of his nose and call back? Or his references (many) to HIV-AIDS as "Rock Hudson's Disease," or when he had his short-lived TV show, saying "Did you know the White House has a dog?" which was followed by a picture of then 12-year old Chelsea Clinton being put up on the screen. Oh yes, that Limbaugh! Such a class act he is.
Unless he lied (yet again) Rush said he hopes Obama fails. The President fails, the country fails. As Rush likes to say "Words mean things" and those are his words and everybody knows what he meant.And yes, I heard all his double talk but he summed it up himself when he said what he said.
Because he said it. And I believe he made up the premise to begin with (400 words from different people is hard to work with in a magazine and is not a request that would be asked, especially of Rush).

I do not want the government in charge of all of these things. I don't want this to work. because Rush called him a Communist and a socialist and then said he hoped that that failed....by connecting Obama with Socialism and then saying he hoped Socialism would fail, he basically associating Obama as the enemy who's policy must fail for the good of America (in Rush's idiotic opinion)

This guy makes his money lying and instigating-- it's his bread and butter (millions of them). Think what would happen if he did support Obama? He would lose audience ratings which translates into big $$$ for 'ol Ruttbutt.
