I have a friend that has the word "Twisted" tattooed on their arm and won't let me know what it means. Can someone help me.What does it mean when someone has a tattoo on them and it say's twisted?

Generally, I'm to assume it refers to their personality, or desire of their personality.

It means they screwed up on their choices, when they got that ink. If they won't tell you about it, they damn sure don't like it.
