Has any of you who is always forgetful, been told that you always twist words or change minds all the time?

I dont know if it's related to having poor memory. I've came to realize twisting someone's words unintentionally, or keep changing the decisions all the time might be suspected to bad memory.Has any of you who is always forgetful, been told that you always twist words or change minds all the time?
Not getting enough calories to fuel your body can make your brain work slower and have problems remembering things because it needs a lot of energy to function properly.

Certain vitamins and minerals are also important for your memory, including iron, which brings oxygen to the brain and is found in foods such as red meat, certain seafood, some kinds of beans and dried fruit, and the B vitamins, which are found in foods such as nonfat milk and yogurt, wheat germ, bananas, seafood, whole grains and green peas.

Not getting enough sleep at night or taking certain medications can make you have trouble concentrating on things, and can also lead to memory problems.

Some things that are much more common in older people, such as traumatic brain injury stroke, thyroid problems, hormonal imbalances, or high blood pressure can hurt your memory, too..........B vitamins are good! Take care always......
