What is decadent twist?

I find a new word decadent twist, but i don't what is it ?is it a food? What is decadent twist?
What was the context? Was this part of a complete sentence, or did you find the words on a list with prices at a bakery?

Decadent probably means "providing unrestrained gratification" or "self-indulgent" and when applied to food implies rich, sweet and probably gooey.

Twist in this sense means "a tendency, inclination, or manner"

so "Afternoon tea with a decadent twist" (which came up on Google when I typed it in) means a light afternoon meal prepared in a rich, indulgent way.

Without the rest of the sentence or context, I couldn't be sure, though. What's the rest of it? Where did you see this?
