Who's twisting words: Does he think everyone will just take his word for it?

I'm watching "Screw Loose Change". In Screw Loose Change, the commentator says this statement:

"Nice twist of words, but reading the article, it talks about airplanes laden with poison. Nothign to do with planes being used as missiles."

So, I started to read the artical. I found right above his black box:

"One of the imagined targets was the World Trade Center." RIGHT ABOVE THE BLACK BOX!

Then it goes on to read, "In another exercise, jet performed a mock shootdown over the Atlantic Ocean of a jet supposedly laden with chemical poisons headed towards a target in the United..."

The artical was about several things, not JUST a mock plan laden with chemicals.

Who's twisting words?

Or maybe he thinks everyone is dumb and will just take his word for it?Who's twisting words: Does he think everyone will just take his word for it?
I think you're reading too hard into what was being said...
