What is the word for the condition when the middle of words sound the same?

If the beginnings sound the same, it's called alliteration. For the ends, it's called rhyme. What is the word for when the middles sound alike?

Examples: Twisted sister, Rumble in the jungle, Post-Toasties.What is the word for the condition when the middle of words sound the same?
Alliteration. In fact the term "alliteration" refers to any repetition of similar sounds across a sentence - not necessarily limited to the the very beginning of the words.

The repetition of the same letter at the beginning of every single word is called tautogram. What is the word for the condition when the middle of words sound the same?
All three of your examples display both consonance and assonance ...

the i's in "twisted sister"; the u's in "rumble in the jungle"; and the o's in Post-Toasties are examples of assonance

the st's in the first and third examples are examples of consonance

The maximum effect is obtained when consonance and assonance are combined.
