When referencing a sick person's mind - a psychotic murderer for example - one would use the word "twisted."

"He left the knife in the wound and laughed as the blood poured out. He was so twisted!"

"His twisted mind envisioned dismembering his victims' lifeless bodies!"

It could be used in a loose sense when speaking about a friendly person - in a negative - but not entirely sick way.

"He took my Barbie pencil and chewed the eraser off of it!! Oooo, he's so twisted!"

OR

Mike: "He came to the door wearing only tight Spiderman undies....he's 55!"

Steve: "What?!?!.....that dude is twisted!!!"

Does that do it for you?!?! :-OCan you please give me connotation of a word - "twisted"? Anything that comes to mind when you hear the word..?
I think of child molesters, rapist, murderers, parents that kill their babies, children that kill their parents. These are just a few of the thing's come to mind when I hear the word twisted and for me I believe I associate these types of horrible crimes with the word twisted not because of the act itself (that's just pure evil) but because of how the crimes were carried out.Can you please give me connotation of a word - "twisted"?
