yes, as long as no one attack us we are peaceful, it is a just war only if we are defending ourselves.



It's mostly due to the crappy politcal, and economic stuff that some of the Muslims are facing.



Plus if you are in Afghanistan, it seems as if you country is being invaded, so think about it like this, if another country came to the US with airplanes, bombed them, and rolled around with tanks wouldn't you try to defend your land?



As for terrorism, killing innocent people who had nothing to do with war, is stupid and a severe crime and sin.

They don't twist the words, they just make incorrect interpretations of it.
Like any radicals they want power and control. That is what feeds all madness.
The majority of Muslims in this world are normal, peaceful people which means Islam is a normal and peaceful religion.

We have to ask ourselves WHY are they twisting the words of Allah. Out of desperation of living in war-zones and third-world countries? It's the same if you asked the KKK why they twist the words of God...because they are just a minority of crazy people.

It's funny how i'm constantly told i am a violent person when i'm not even lol. It's like saying i'm blonde when i'm brunette. It's weird......
In the same way christians twisted the bible to allow the crusades; mass murders, witch hunts; mass murders of jews durring the holocaust; killing and forcing the indians off their land. It's all about money (oil)

Hello. I've been Muslim 15 years and I do ask myself that question all the time. Sadly, the answer is because many, many Muslims are simply ignorant of their religion. They don't know how to understand the Qur'an and so they fall easy pray to charismatic speakers who take verses of the Qur'an out of context and twist them to fit their deadly Satanic agenda.



In the early days of Islam, we had a Khalifah. There were four important Khalifahs who were very close to the Prophet Muhammad, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, and they ruled over every single Muslim in the world. We no longer have a Khalifah, one authoratative leader, so many non-qualified ignorant people have come in to fill the vacuum. Muslims are weak, our leaders are tyrants and dictators, our scholars are dying out and not being heard. It is a sad state of affairs, but believe it or not, this was all foretold 1400 years ago. We were warned that this would come about.



Those of us Muslims today who are trying to live according to the true teachings of Islam seem to be outnumbered by the ignorant and the hypocrites. But we were also promised that there will always be some Muslims calling to the truth, so we do try to find one another and teach our brothers and sisters in Islam and non-Muslims as well. It is an uphill battle but the ultimate victory is not for this world anyway, but for the world to come.
