Well I don't know about all that, but if we want to swear around my dad we have to say Peanut Butter instead of using the word or we have to say it backwards. So the f word would sound like "cuff" I guess! lol.
My brother, a former Marine, used to stumble all over himself trying not to curse in polite conversation.
My favorite was "motor scooter" for the obscene synonym for oedipal.
