I need to make a short story that is 150 words, and i have no idea what it would be about.. Can you help?

Here are my pathetic ideas:

A girl who thought she had a monster under her bed, but it was really just her brother.

A cat that sounds like a fierce jungle cat.

All of your ideas sound good! Pick one you've had some experience with so you'll know how you felt, and the words will flow easier. After you do your story, read some O. Henry. His stories always had a twist. Like The Gift of the Magi. Poor couple newly married, each wants to buy a nice gift for the other for Christmas, she sells her long hair to buy him a watch fob for the watch he inherited from his father, he buys her a comb for her beautiful hair.Do you know any short stories with a twist at the end?
You're actually describing the joke form. First you tell the story and the ending is something unexpected. So think of jokes you've heard and use them as a pattern.
